Manufacturers description
"I designed the EHP with a goal to create a ski that utilizes the concept behind reverse camber/side-cut skis but still incorporates traditional ski design to provide a versatile stable platform in all types of snow. The long gradual tip/tail radius/shape give the ski great flotation in powder and enable you to wash, plane and scrub your turns creating a surf like sensation. This long tip/tail shape also gives the EHP a shorter running surface making them more responsive and easier to turn on hard snow. The tail shape was designed to maximize performance in powder snow. The pin-tail shape sinks into the snow allowing a more forward mounting position giving the ski a much more responsive, centered and balanced feel." - Eric Hjorleifson

Strengths:
Great all-round skiing to go fast and feed the drop in most of the united ones. The float is on top but maybe not the world's most surfing but it should be said that the tip NEVER appears! Soft flex in the tip and long nice and flat rocker fixes the steak :)
Landa rocks in pillows? Just landing in the middle of the foot as usual, the rock is landed..mao easy backweigh in the landing is not necessary :)
Very smooth despite its length thanks to minimal span and rocker :)
Weaknesses:
When it gets hard / re-frozen and messy or frozen uneven pistons, they want to feel less dull than the old ones from 06/07.
Summary:
Should you run around ibound / slackcountry and like speed, this is a great weapon! :)
Model year: 2010
Riding style: pillows, offpist
Length on the ski: 193 cm
Riders weight: 80 kg
Riders length: 187 cm

Strengths:
Stable stability, the "small" cutting allows the ski to move to the direction you aim it without "stuck" in wreck, junk or old tracks. The ski has a hint of pintail which makes it easy to throw out to lower speed, change drawing or just spray some snow. The pintail is absolutely wonderful when you start to get a bit in your legs, not the same tendency to end up in the back of a pair of skis that cut in the way, just pushing and crossing. (Hope that could be understood?)
It is clear that the ski treasure is run with a lot of pressure, a bit awkward with telis setup but fully done. Just this I think makes the Ehp`n a great ski to drive telis on. Worn whenever you want and on it show a little finpist, hang up and let the small cut do the job. In loose snow, they are really good, quite modest rocks, but I suppose the width of the ski overall makes up for it. Reverse cambern means that you do not "need" edge it to swing, therefore, 5cm sneeze feels deeper than it is. When it became 30cm .... WooHoo!
Weaknesses:
Isgreppet. Now I have "detunat" mine, but I guess the little cut does not really cope with leisurely slopes. I have spent 3 days in a hard-pested pistil and a windpower offpiste, but I do not go anymore. You can count on some flattering from the peaks.
Summary:
I bought Ehp`s on the mat. Have been going for 19 years now and it feels like this ski was what I was waiting for all the time!
In the name of honesty you do not care with telis, but it's fine but a controlled cord. Ehp's cut with hints for pintail is therefore perfect.
In fact, I think that Matt Sterbenz is quite right in her product description on their website, take a look at it if you do not get that much from my review
I drive with Scarpa T-Race and a pair of Bishop Bomber bindings.

Strengths:
EHP 186 - A truly wonderful ski! I went on it a lot last season (thank you Danne) and I have to say that it's my favvoskida when it's not optimal conditions (read pimples and sunshine). When the sun is in clouds, the snow is harvested, sharp, heavy, etc. is this a wonderful skiing. Regardless of snow conditions, this skiing must be a wet dream for forest skiing !!!
It's dj. nice though the black graphics were nicer ...
Feels more well-made than previous models.
Weaknesses:
EHP 186 - When open landscape and you want to blow in 200, the EHP 193 (07/08) is a better option.
Summary:
This is good crap so buy !!!
