Blizzard Canvas 100

The Blizzard Canvas 108 is Blizzard's first clearly rider-driven freeride model with a focus on playful riding and creative riding. The construction is designed from the ground up to provide low swing weight combined with good stability underfoot. The result is a ski that is easy to throw around in the air and fast in short turns, but still holds together on landings and when the surface is rutted and run-in.

The poplar and paulownia core keeps the weight down while providing good energy out of the turn. UD fiberglass and carbon fiber reinforce the construction without making the ski heavy or dead, which is noticeable in the response when you push through a turn or charge into a jump. Full sidewall along the entire edge provides good edge grip and a defined feel on harder surfaces.

The Canvas 108 is built for riders who want to use the whole mountain: side jumps, wind combs, home-built jumps and natural features. The top blade is unique to the model with graphics by Penelope Misa, inspired by the mountains around her home in Big Cottonwood Canyon, Utah. Recommended brake width is equal to the waist measurement or up to 15 mm wider.
