Like the original 3 we are doing something unique and have created a charging big mountain ski that can be used to kill huge lines while giving it the weight reduction to make this a daily driver, even as a touring rig.
A full carbon layup, additional rubber, full wood core, Continuous Elliptical Rocker, straight sections in the tip and tail and our progressive sidecut shaping are combined to make this a ski like no other out there.
Enough talking....the 3 Carbon is the ski you have been missing from your quiver.

Strengths:
Light, tight, straight!
New rocks on CD3 make it from being a cork to becoming a weapon. As long as the surface is not too hard, they work really well. Have my top skis and have a tech tie on these and is my most competent set so far!
Weaknesses:
The new rocker requires more speed to move and is a bit too low because they will REALLY get through deep snow (Verbier Freerideweek Day 2 anyone?). Now we are talking 40cm where about 40 people have already been ravaged. Now I do not know if my CD0 had done better ..... but I'd think there had been a better choice that day.
The stiffness of the tail together with the entire skid has a layer of carbon fiber to make it very poppy! You are completely flying if you are right in a mess. Having said that, it's a property I'm not really good at a charging skate. I felt that if I drove really up and was not on my toes the skis were out and went with me. It became a little demanding and sometimes you were sent much higher than you thought just because the return of the ski is so powerful.
