Strengths:
- Lightweight
- Swinging
- Good edge grip
- Strong coat
- Stylish (Always make sure)
Weaknesses:
I like the skis sharply but can understand if some think that they are a little soft for some conditions. Because they are so soft they are not easy to handle in difficult conditions, and the rider may take everything in the legs as they do not dampen very much and swallows no bangs or bumps. They are very easily swung and get a bit worried at high speeds.
At the end of the season my inserts were pulled out of the skid and the toe part flew off. Dynafit says it's very unusual and they've only seen 3-4 cases similar to what happened, I got a couple of new ones on the warranty without any snack so I'm very pleased with their customer service and hope the new ones are up to date.
Edit: Sold the new skis I received from the factory without using them, after a couple of weeks, told me that the same thing had happened to the new owner, which leads me to the conclusion that dynafit needs to work more on its inserts. I will not buy a pair until they've improved this or sell skis without inserts.
Summary:
Very nice, easy-going ski slopes for those who want to extend their quiver with a randoskida but still enjoy a little on the way down.
Decreases the score from a 4a (which I thought because it's nice skating goes very well) to a 2a because I do not think it does matter how nice a few skis are if I can not rely on being left on them as soon as it's not perfect, soft before.
