Strengths:
Easy to initiate turn. Not too rigid as it allows to ski in various type of snow. Excellent short and long turn carving. This ski makes you willing to try more
Weaknesses:
Possibly on very icy slope some other slalom skis ( Rossignol, Atomic, Nordica...) which are more rigid will get more grip.
Summary:
Fabulous Slalom ski which can used by a large variety of skiers from Intermediate to Pro. An amazing discovery which I place at the top of the Slalom Skis next to Volkl.

Riding style: Piste

Strengths:
Lovely edge grip, swings fast, stable in turn, cruel kick if you hold a little.
Want to get away with it.
Weaknesses:
Does his husband need to edge around for a whole day without wailing, (of course). The ski does not like soft surfaces. Limited use.
Summary:
Fun skiing if you want to squeeze a little on the piste or track, which takes on the forces.
No all-round ski though.
Model year: 2004
Riding style: Piste.

Strengths:
A real speed-stable slalom ski.
Going well in long as short turns.
Weaknesses:
I myself weigh 75 kg, and think the skid is somewhat hard at the top to want to turn into low speed. Compared to my Salomon SL-LAB 165, which has much softer peaks, yet the RC4an's unbeatable twisting stiffness, the Fischer skid feels heavy and untouchable.
Owned a period of last season also Fischer's real race-stock variant of RC4an, ie those with '' holes ''. Thought it was better balanced. This is largely due to the new plate (freeflex) which is also slightly backward, which gives a better kick out of the turn.
Summary:
Good speed-resistant ski with good features. However, requires a fairly heavy rider to get it right.
SALE: Salomon SL-LAB 165 or Rossignol S-WC-Ibox
