Strengths:
Stable charger at any conditions.
Weaknesses:
Stiff ski that could physic you out for deeper snow. Don't worry if you stay in the front seat. The real problem I have with them is I can ski them faster than how much I want to arc them.
Summary:
A high performance ski that is stable and can handle anything you throw at it. If there is ~1' of powder it's great. More than that there are better skis. But you won't get the performance of the Monster with any less snow.
