Strengths:
I am skiing on the 178 length, I am 205 pounds, 6 feet tall, skiing level is ex-world class/pro racer. Very hot skis; responsive, grip on ice is excellent with very sharp edges, very stable at moderately high speeds, very quick into turns for slalom skiing and very predictable on GS turns. These skis are at home on eastern US hard pack/ice conditions. However they are also excellent in spring frozen granular snow.

Weaknesses:
You cannot relax on these skis! If you do, the ski will ski you, not the other way around. Flat run outs at the bottom of steep trails require full attention or the skis will take off. They are too stiff for powder skiing or bump skiing, stay away. These are marketed as all-terrain cross over skis which they are, however they must be treated as full race type skis in terms of the high state of tune built in. Lots of pre-load in these puppies. They are like driving a Triumph 955i Daytona with a race exhaust, respect them.

Summary:
Fantastic skis! For typical eastern US skiing, they are hard to beat. However they will give you a work out and a half since they permit you to cut loose without worries. I have skied them up to about 45 or 50 mph and they are very stable, however they are not really a full all out GS ski. In slalom turns they are very quick to enter and exit a turn with predictable behavior. A superior all around ski with race state of tune, so if you can afford only one pair to do it all (on race type slopes...groomed and hard), these are a great choice. They are too lively for the loose snow/bump skier. They are perfect for the weekend racer who might be racing SL/tight GS courses, with some GS in the mix.

Strengths:
Awesome stiff

Weaknesses:
needs a perfectly prepared piste.

Summary:
Is one of the stiffest skis on the market and it feels. I was disappointed by the edge grip on ice which was worse than similar skiing. On a well-groomed hard piste, it works fine but must be driven with strength, preferably by a heavy rider. Feel that my 75kg was not enough to enjoy the ski.
