Strengths:
They ride so much better on edge. You have a work to get into a turn, but they lock and go! You can “slingshot” out of short turns with that stiff tail. So fun. A nice, stable ski at any speed - especially on edge. The 1mm rise on the tail is perfect for switch landing and riding on groomed. Turning switch is pretty easy and they are stable that way as well.
Weaknesses:
You really need to work in the bumps. The tail will drag and you can’t initiate the next turn when you want. They also aren’t highly stable on landing airs. Minor issues.
Summary:
A really nice ski for us older guys who still have some “jib” ability left. I’m a 80% speed and 20% park guy now and this ski meets those needs quite well!
