Salomon Scream 10 Pilot (Page 2)

I have converted back to skiing this season. Reason: Last year I tested carving for the first time. There were a couple of X-Scream Series. I really got a new broadcast, how fun. Prior to this season, I bought a pair of Scream 10 Pilot (without testing them first). Though I might have done that ...

The series skid I drove iofs just in piste, and most at manchester. And there I actually think it was better than a pilot. It finds the insert easier than the pilot. I have tested the pilot skate during a bit more varied ride. Ice, off-piste, jump, etc. It generally feels a bit smoother. In the off-piste, it was so nice to be an all-round ski.

One point in installment because I thought the X-Scream Series was more beautiful in a good pist. but I'm still very satisfied.

Just got me this dream ski, maybe the price may be scary at first, but after a few days in the hill, you'll be spoiled for it. Just went to Åre under various conditions, ice, pist, offpiste and they just work well, that's a terrific "allround" ski! Idel positive! when it was not possible for varied skiing in Åre, I can only guarantee that the ski is comfortable at high speeds and with good pressure on the piste on any surface. :-))

Absolutely wonderful skiing, both inside and outside the piste. Relatively good ice grip! Not at all with the guys in Skidtestet here at Freeride that it does not hold us with a little more power in my legs (I've been sweeping until two years ago, I do not weigh that much). Dense forest skiing works quite sharply, however, it's always like thinking about .. =). It might be a bit harder for heavier riders, but for me they are perfect. Hourly purchase!

Dirty skiing. Not at all with the bug test that it does not hold us a little younger, more aggressive skier. The ice grip is good. Does not fly much at all at fast speeds. Schysst as a fan outside the piste too (if it's not hard crust ..)

Have tried it with telis plates and ties. That was probably the best I went with. Worked very well in piste and spring snow! There was a lot of swing while the ski was experienced as a speedboat but not too hard.

Want ... ... regardless of price ...

I have tested the ski for a week now, down in Austria. I agree that it's all possible, even the freak!
But what I'm asking for is that for me the high price!
For me there are equivalent skis that can handle as much as this and are several thousand pieces cheaper.

The ski is a further development of Solomon's X-Scream concept, ie, skis as hard as rubber boots. It's a ski that certainly suits many mediators because it makes you better quickly. But for those who drive a bit of pressure on the edges and have driven on other freerideskis, it will be a disappointment, partly because of the undisputed high price and characteristics. And, moreover, the fact that you can not choose your favorite connection because of the PILOT system.

To the ski then; When I tried it in the piste, I felt the ship very worried, a deterioration to X-scream. It was a bit unreliable and did not want to be quiet at higher rates. In the off-piste, it works better for natural reasons, but does not flow properly as you could expect. Do not buy, there are better skis that are significantly cheaper.

What can I say! The best ski I went on. A freestyle skid that can handle everything, as well as long sweeping carvings, for aggressive slalom skiing. Answer up to the smallest movement without putting your balance out of play. Stable but very lively. Unfortunately, I have not tested it outside the piste due to snow shortage, but I'm convinced I will not be disappointed there either.
Not the cheapest ski but I do not regret my purchase for a second. Test it if you have the opportunity!
