Strenghts:
These are the best blend of playfulness and stability I've ever found. They can cruse and carve at speed and ski pow in the trees with ease and float. I'm 5'7" and 190lb and skiing on a 179. They ski shorter so don't go too short. I have the previous "heavier" model. When I carry them through the parking lot I think "wow these are big and heavy". Then I get them on my feet and they get light and playful. Great off piste in almost any snow. Good float and maneuverablity in any soft snow. They track incredibly well in deep snow. Not sure whether it's the Venturi Tip, but they only go where I want them to. Super FUN! They grip and carve on firm western snow. Though I moved the mounting back a centimeter from the boot/ski centered mark to improve the hard snow grip. I have demo binders so this was easy. Made a huge difference. They are not a solid ice ski. But if it's solid ice I usually head home. Sorry. Spoiled western skier. Best all around ski I've ever owned.

Weaknesses:
Not real quick in the bumps

Summary:
Best all around playfulness to stability I've found

Model year: 2009
Riding style: All conditions besides real ice. Powder. groomer, firm groomed, slush, etc.
Length on the ski: 179 cm
Riders weight: 86 kg
Riders length: 170 cm

Strenghts:
awesome ski in powder Ive had a pair of 169cm since 2009 and found them amazing in powder and amazingly good on piste hard pack. work well through glades etc totally reliable, quite light I had apache recons before these and found them a lot more cumbersome.

Weaknesses:
I wish I had bought them in 179cm length to provide more flotation in powder.

Summary:
bombproof excellent in all conditions prefer powder though

Model year: 2009
Riding style: Powder-piste-sidecountry
Length on the ski: 169 cm
Riders weight: 78 kg
Riders length: 170 cm

Strenghts:
Excellent ski for both quick turns and carving long rollers. Tested the ski at 169 and 179 - bought the 179. Love these things in the mashed potatoe crud and good for the ego 6 inch powder. Very stable ski - does not get knocked around or wander at all. Mounted with Marker Griffon bindings - higher stack height than other bindings make these skis very easy to roll edge to edge. I think the dual side cut and twin tip make these very easy to turn, and ski shorter than they are. I had the bndings mounted 1 cm forward of boot center, which made the ski more responsive than the same demos mounted on center.

Weaknesses:
Bumps. The 169 was easier to manuever in the bumps, the 179 not so much - maybe its my style, but I have a pair of Salomon Tornados in 178 that are just fine in bumps. I ski out west in the Rockies - Aspen CO and have not had the chalenge yet of trying these on icy slopes, but they do not chatter on hard pack.

Summary:
Good All Mountain performance, and reliable in the deeper snow and trees. Fun wide ski that tracks very well on groomers and absolutely bulldozes through crud. Reliable and predictable, these things don't get bounced around. Very creamy in new snow, smoother than I've ever skiied. I'm in my early 50's and enjoy these skis very much - they don't mind that I ski slower now than I did when I was younger.

Model year: 2009
Riding style: Piste and Powder- though I have not gotten them into real deep stuff yet -
Length on the ski: 179 cm
Riders weight: 72 kg
Riders length: 183 cm

Strenghts:
Kanonskida with very good grip in the piste. Good flow in sorbesnö and very fun to carve with as it has a short turning radius, it's good when the ski is wide which usually gives a skid that is harder to get rid of. One only needs a ski run.

Weaknesses:
May be a bit worried at high speed when you are not "in a hurry".

Summary:
Best ski i had! good at all and not bad at anything. There are better skis in the respective compartments type offpiste, piste, sorbe, ice, but this ski can handle everything and is very fun in addition. Highly recommended!

Riding style: Piste-allmountain

Strenghts:
Enjoyable skiing that really does the job for you! Very lightweight and accepts all surfaces regardless of the backing. Can ride really fast and feel stable at high speed when it's so forgiving. Needs no hard work so it also works to slip on when you get tired of your legs. Equally calm offpiste like in the piste, gives good lift in deep snow.

Weaknesses:
No good ice grip

Summary:
A really fun skiing that you can have on the entire mountain. Fits a lot of different riders, as it is equally good to slip on while aggressive when putting pressure. Compared to the Völkl Aura that I drove on the same weekend, this does not require as much pressure to work. Auran requires hard driving all the time, it does not make this ski.

Strenghts:
Easy to vary "swing length" with. Better ice grip than I read earlier (sharp edges maybe?). Cruel building quality! Once again: Cruel building quality! Can drive quickly with the offpiste if it is not too bad. A dream in a soft piste.

Weaknesses:
Nervous in higher traffic (70+) if it is uncomfortable, but not without being able to master. If you are not used to short radius, they shoot really out of the turn if you press while carving even at high speed, not bad but good to know ..

Summary:
Have run the 2011 model (same as 2010 firmly). Good Swedish skid if you mix pist with offpiste. 179 cm works most of the time, but do not be afraid of the 189 cm length, either lightweight but giving even better flow outside. Clearly recommend this ski! Keep it ahead of next season and complete with a clean powder slide / boot ski. Video Test:

Strenghts:
Quickly turning as a slalom carver, rushes through slush like nothing, stable, rel easy to get rid of.

Weaknesses:
Did not find any ..... by the way one .... would cry if they would disappear.

Summary:
Absolutely wonderful. Better on hard ground than I thought. Do not get lost somewhere. I have not run any puffy pillows, but so far I have not found anything missing. If you are going to go big mountains and stpra turns, you might have something else (stiffer, larger radius etc) but for Swedish mountains and "normal" sunbathing they are perfect ..... and according to the daughter's handsome. That's what I'm so sorry for.

Riding style: Offpist (not just pillows) / pist

Strenghts:
Rap and alert skis in the piste on the ground are soft to medium. Quick and easy to get rid of, and works pretty well in small-haired before and soft bumps. Both short-range and a little longer go well if the speed is not too high. Lightweight and requires a little muscle power, without being mesmerous, which makes for long days. Works great in windpack and sunbathing snow as you can take advantage of the 'turn' of the ski while there is some resistance to the surface.

Weaknesses:
The ice grip is no height, feels vague and trivial when the surface becomes hard. In high lanes, stability is lacking and the boards flutter properly. The float outside the piste is not quite good, the peaks come up easily on the snow, but the sharp cut makes the waist want to dig down and the rear end slows down the pace.

Summary:
A fun skiing as long as the surface is fairly soft. In spite of the width, is best as a pistilage. Perhaps it may be more all-round in a longer size than tested. Obviously, get a good score because it is really fun under the right conditions.

Strenghts:
Allround really fun skiing that works everywhere, unfortunately, has not been able to test it in the snowmobile yet further down the hill.

Weaknesses:
Does not work on ice in the steepest slopes, but I have not had any skiing done.

Summary:
Absolutely wonderful ski, cool design.

Length on the ski: 179 cm
Riders weight: 100 kg

Strenghts:
Bought these on recommendation. Not disappointed! Runs on mixed surfaces, whatever is available reasonably near the elevator. Has between 5-10 ski days a year, so no big fryer in that way. Tried these first time in Tänndalen with about 20cm fresh snow + freshly prepared slopes. about 50-60 cm in the forest and on the mountain. Took a few hours to get used to the width. A lot of easy-going skiing that responds well to the piste. Width no problem jmf. my old scream pilot 10. With a little higher speed, I found it easier to have full control in both loose snow and windshield, not at all unpleasant to cross quite dense birch forest when I had full contact with the surface. The slides behaved perfectly in every way . Also tested a hump with about 20-30 sneezing in, dirt bullet if you drop a little so that the skid floats up. If you work properly in the vertical and keep a relatively straight line, it will work even though. puckel completely OK. (Note! If you need to work for more than a couple of days!), have a baron mounted. Going to the alps and driving for a few days now in February. May see if I'm just as happy for a top trip or two. Fairly heavy skis + that I'm going to go with my usual pants.

Weaknesses:
Really none. Went in a few parties up on the mountain where the wind polished snow to ice. No elevators. Personally, I avoid the back when it is too hard and icy. Do not immediately see the pleasure of such conditions, no matter what skis are on.

Summary:
Have spent a couple of days on these skis ifs in very good conditions to be Sweden. Do they like lifting my ride and making it more fun than it was on my scream pilot p10. Above all, I thought I could trust the ski did I wanted it to do = Higher speed in eg. forest = greater enjoyment!
However, make binding harder as it resolved for smaller drops and in the hump a couple of times too much.
