Strengths:
Speedboat, powerful skis for big mountains

Weaknesses:
Needs softer ground and plenty of space

Summary:
Initially, extremely skeptical of Smtih entering the ski industry. But pleasantly surprised. Sampled them for a week in Cervinia. The skis require a definite skier, but provide a lot of response in large turns. Reminds a little of a couple of storm riders. Get if you want to travel big and fast on softer surfaces. Avoid like the plague if you want to play in the park, go for fun forest, or go swimming.

Length on the ski: 193 cm
Riders weight: 85 kg
Riders length: 187 cm

Strengths:
Fart stable, powerful, definitely not easy-shrunk.

Weaknesses:
Nothing for the blue ice in December. Needs space.

Summary:
Surprised that Smith was doing skiing - and initially extremely skeptical. But pleasantly surprised. Mighty skis that remind little of the early storm riders models. Requires a firm and powerful rider who takes command. A ski for large spaces and high speed. Have not heard of any problems with the split wheel, but it is clear - the ski is nothing to jump with. A fun ski for open widths with a soft surface. Get if you like high speed and big turns. Avoid them like the plague if you want to hang in the park or go a lot in the woods.

Quality and sustainability are very poor.
The splitter is broken by very light, weak construction.
Seems most to be a commercial jippo by Smith.
The rides are also nothing to have. The ski is basically a spikrak.
Sure it's stiff, but it's old compact skis.
Doing yourself the Ross B4X 196
