Stöckli Stormrider (Page 2)

sorry for my english :)) storm ride is nice to ski on piste and offpist. Offpist almost perfect on all snows. minus: on pist it slowly on changing edges because a bit in the middle (under the feat). I tried a 186 with race bindings (ace was and 16 mm hangl plate) and it seemed a bit heavvy to me. now i use a 176 with fritschi diamir and like it very much for skiing alpinism. (I'm 173cm tall, 65kg).

Fantastic skiing! Works everywhere. Even on rocky surfaces! I weigh 76 kg and drive 192 cm. Mark 8.1 with standard plates 13 mm is perfect. It swings really.

I have been on Stormrider for 2 seasons and am very pleased.
It appears everywhere. However, it's not quite fun on rocky surfaces, but I rarely go where it's hard. A warning finger, however, I want to lift to put on too many plates (high) during the bonding. It was not good for me.

Stormrider is the ultimate challenge for the freeride ski.

Ridged it in both 192cm and 198cm, also available in 204cm !!, under all possible conditions. The ski is incredibly twisty and relatively hard, which makes the ski require a lot of skiers, but you are looking for absolute dynamite and want to lift yourself from the crowd in Chamonix and La Grave this is the ski for you.

In summary, one can say that skis can offer similar ski experiences, provided that they master the bush.

First of all, the ski is very nice! It fits perfectly in pillows due to the large load area, but it also works in the piste. A slight minus of gravity, then playfulness in snowparks, halfpipes, etc. disappears. True, it's a very good ski ride. If you want more air time, I recommend a pair of twin-tip ski.
