The Razor MX cuts like...you guessed it. For those looking for a shaped, super-sidecut ski designed specifically for telemark--not built for the masses--this is it. The Razor's corpulent 92-64-82 shape is super-sidecut, yet not so extreme as to sacrifice versatility. Its dimensions can be put to full advantage with the MX double torsion box construction, laying down flat, stable carves you won't believe. TUA has flexed the Razor appropriately for two-footed telemarks, and designed it with enough width underfoot to reduce binding drag.

Razors' topsheets have the protective polycarbonate laminate. Their bottoms boast are fastest, most durable double-sintered base.

I recommend stiffer buckle boots be used with the Razor.

Razors are all-around carvers. They like soft snow, but for free-heel skiers who spend most of their time off-piste, I still recommend the Mega MX.

An incredibly nice ski when you get it. Also works well in loose nuts. However, it requires little of the rider. The only downside I see is that the top is sensitive and it's easy to sand the paint on it. Can you live with beauty problems on its skis, it's absolutely superb. BUY!
