Have borrowed a couple of Volkl Carver Motion in the local sports store here at Beitostølen and have driven it a couple of hours now this morning.

Incredibly good skiing: Conditions are heavy, wet Easter (5 degrees, almost light rain) - the skis really impressed !!

Short turns, longer turns, into the loophole ...: "Piece of cake" - they simply just drove the way I wanted. I was offered to swap (against an intermediate) a pair of new Rossignol T-power Cobra I got before Easter. The Rossignoles are also very (!) Good skiing; but Carver Motion has a completely different sense of "quality achieved".

So now I'm on my way back to the store to switch the Rossi to the Volkls.

Will also test Atomic BetaRide 11.20 PC - will be exciting to see how they are vs my favorite favorites: K2 MOD / Axis X Pro.
