Strengths:
Very easy to initiate turn....need to be patient. Only for a “real” expert skier, not one who thinks he/she is.
Only for true expert skiers. Any ski, any day, any conditions.

Weaknesses:
Price. Only weakness is when a non expert skier things that these knifes will make them better.

Summary:
Best on/off piste carving ski on the market......for a “true expert skier”.

Strengths:
Fantastic driving characteristics, especially when you get the hang of the 3 radii. Staying on course, top edge grip, forgiving.

Weaknesses:
Top sheet super sensitive!

Summary:
The ski is simply awesome to ride, especially once you get the hang of the 3 radii. Even in the afternoon, when the pistes are no longer great or the snow is getting muddy, the V.Werks still runs great! However, for me the ski has one big, unforgivable flaw: the top sheet is very sensitive. After 5 hours of skiing, the top sheet in the area of the ski tips already looked the same as mine after 5 years/weeks of skiing. For a ski in this price range, in my opinion, a NO-GO.

Less playful than regular Deacon 84.

Summary:
Was a little hesitant about Deacon V.werks after I first tested them, have previously tried Deacon 84 a few times. If Deacon 84 is an easy-to-ride and fun ski (someone in the lift queue said "It swings almost by itself!") Then Deacon V.werks is the serious big brother. Still easy to ride, but with V.werks the pleasure of high-speed carving consists of such an angle that you scrape the helmet against the snow. It's like skating on the piste.

Since season 21/22 for a few weeks now offers rain or at best snow mixed during the day and minus degrees at night, combined with wind in storm strength, the test bench consists of ice on cannon snow, ie "hard piste". Yesterday it was so blank that I was a little hesitant to stand on at first, but after a few meters I realize that it does not matter that it is skating, they still grip!

I know that 177 cm would have been a better length for my height and weight, 182s are "really" too long.

Summary:
Hemsedal ski test so I went through a number of skis, the slopes icy and rough. But Oops! when I got these on my feet I did not want to let them go, what skis👍

Thought before I tested how good these can really be considering the price tag but after a few test runs I did not want to return them. So they are probably worth their price after all
