Strengths:
Relatively cheap, really nice to ride with. Fairly smooth to switch between ride and turn-mode in good conditions, think the newer generations are better. Definitely acceptable to travel with, both longer and shorter trips.
Weaknesses:
It can be "wiggled" a bit when it is in ride mode, which can look a bit uncomfortable, but it is not noticeable when you ride, I think later generations have fixed this.
Summary:
Definitely affordable and perfect binding if you want to be able to use it on both split and solid board without sacrificing the riding experience too much. Probably better if you think the way up is more fun than the way down or if you are ready to spend more money.
