Northwave North Freedom 2002

Good boots. Ridden them for three years. As said one of Northwave's softer models, but if you have some muscles on your legs you should be able to avoid damage. Sometimes you need a little more response, but generally they are fine. Have not had any problems to go on ice piste or powdery woods. Have previously run northwaves better models, and bought a couple of years since the Kevin Jones model. Will be fun to test it next week. Northwave is superior, at my feet at least!

good grip in the sole - sure ..

Stable -you! Very soft shoes (one of Northwave's softest shoes). Does not support the foot. I was injured all the time when I had my boot .. Absolutely upright .. switch to Vans Fargo Boa .. EXCELLENT! Enormous need to have a bit stiffer shoe. Does not seem to be noticeable over flexibility. Stability definitely considered! Now i never hurt my forwards even though my feet are completely fucked after the northwave freedom period .. And skiing in piste can become a whole new experience! I do not want to recommend any freedom no matter if you drive a pipe, park or piste! Buy a stiffer shoe.

It is still and that the lining on the inner skirt makes the whole shoe comfortably surround the foot.
Soft interior and good grip in the sole.
