Manufacturers description
The Freeride is developed to tackle any kind of snow and terrain you might find in the backcountry.
High-speed stability in combination with maneuverable and catch free properties has made the Freeride one of the most talked about boards of the last years. Its long sidecut radius makes the board calm and forgiving, while rocker and reverse sidecut towards the tips make it float outstanding in powder and stay catch free in any situation.
The slight camber on the center section increases stability, pop and responsiveness.
We are convinced that the Freeride will be the most versatile and game changing freeride board you’ve ever ridden!

Strengths:
0
Weaknesses:
- Nothing for beginners.
- Count a couple of days before learning to handle the swing radius. It's not just putting on edge at low speed like on a board that has 8 m radius ... many magpask for my part. But easily worth it!
- 173 feels well in the woods for me (184 cm)
"The most creepy with this board is low creeps on flat and hard surfaces, kind of transport stretches. I.o.m. that you can not cut off at low speed makes me sometimes have to jump.
- The undergarment is thinner than usual and it is easier to get scratches all the way to the core.
Summary:
Went with this as the only board for Gulmarg / Himalayas with 2 test days in Åre, where I did not learn how to handle this monster. In Gulmarg there was deep snow and higher fare and I would not want any other board during my 3 weeks there. It eats cushions and works fantastically in steep terrain and high rivers.
Model year: 2013
Riding style: Puddle / big mountain
Length on the ski: 173 cm
Riders weight: 84 kg
Riders length: 184 cm
