Sadly, Smokin chose to keep the product name for this board for this is something completely different from Old Superpark. New Superpark is basically a response to the Libtech skating rink. Rocker and magnetraction. Important to point out that this is Smokin's version of magnetraction with less amplitude in the wave. For those of you who think that Lib's magic is a bit of a good deal, sometimes this is a great option. The board is quite soft and is great to do butters. This is a park tool for making butters and squeezing. In the piste, the thief is a little nervous (unlike the old Super Park). In really hard and steep surfaces, it tends to release edge. The rocker does not allow the board to flow directly into the sneeze but it definitely has no tendency to nosdyk (old Superpark's big weakness). It is absolutely essential to run cushions with this board, but it is not a first choice compared to a board with big losers. This can actually be a good option for an offpiste jib board.
