I bought from the a pair of Fischer Ranger 102 and a Fischer Hybrid Attack Bindings and couldn't be more disappointed.
I bought from them because they offered mounting the bindings although other websites offered the products cheaper.
After some days, they contacted me that they need more information because these bindings had two possible mounting positions and that to receive my products quicker they suggested sending to me and that they would refund the mounting cost in another shop. These bindings only have one mounting position!!! And they also didn't warm me that I had to order separately the brake according to the with of my skies. OBVIOUSLY they didn't know how to mount them!!!!.... The problem is that I had to mount them myself because in my area they weren't shops with the proper jig to mount them. I asked for refund or a discount and they didn't even replied my.... If you need more information you can contact me.

I ordered two backpacks. One of them came. I have no information about the second one, no one from the company is communicating. No replies to email, Whatsapp, Facebook or Instagram. Just and only automatic responses over and over again.

The Christmas gift I ordered from Blue Tomato had the wrong size. Tried to return it and change it for the right size, but they refused giving all sorts of rubbish excuses. Very bad customer experience. Buy your stuff somewhere else!

Not a good place to shop online. At least to pay with Klarna. I returned a product (and got the confirmation of a return) and after a multiple emails with the customer service I still have to pay the product.

I have ordered a product and never received ! Customer Service tells me that doorman has received , i ask proof of delivery and never comeback with an answer. The fact is i NEVER received my order and the symply doesn t care. Shame on You Blue Tomato !!!

Summary:
Incredibly poor service. Ordered in good time before Christmas a complete snowboard equipment for my son. The problems started when a package disappeared. Been in contact with Blue Tomato over 30 times but it failed to solve the problem. Now I got confirmation that the "Christmas presents" will come on December 28th. WARNING!!!

Disastrous customer service. I ordered a pair of snowboard boots which proved to be defective (the quick snoring broke down first use). I left them back and got them back "made up". I tried them at home and the same lacing broke down ... So I left them back and assumed I would get the money back. I ordered a couple of other boots, and after three weeks had passed (they have an open purchase for 21 days) I was notified that I would get a credit card instead of the money back. Their customer support was then unpleasant, totally unrelated and not accommodating.
