Strengths:
Outstanding service and knowledge. No oversight without listening to the need and adapting to it. The range is very good on virtually all areas. Has a detailed description of the brands and products that are sold.

Weaknesses:
Difficult to get an overview in the store, but it is upset by the staff to check if you ask.

Summary:
I am demanding both equipment and knowledge, I live in Stockholm, but both call and go to Karlstad to visit the store. That's a good summary

Strengths:
Supernatural, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I always feel very well received and have so far been completely satisfied with the goods I bought there.

Weaknesses:
Can not touch anyone. I think that the shop is a bit cramped because of a big range in a small shop, I rather look like a plus, it gives a more personal feeling.
