Literally nothing when it comes to their online shop. I have not been to the actual shop in Gothenburg so I can't judge on that.
Weaknesses:
I don't know how good the actual shop is in Gothenburg, but the online one is the worst that I have came across, up until this point in my life at least.
They promise 2-5 working days of delivery. Ordered a pair of skis and received no details or any information about what is happening with them or how I can even track my order.
Calling on their costumer service, it is really a joke. They are probably messing with costumers, I have no other explanation. There is a choice number "4" when you call that connects you to the "online deliveries". There is NEVER a person to reply. So, you have to choose number "1" instead and talk with the cashier.
The thing is, the cashier could not care less. All of the cashiers that I have talked with (last one is named Pontus, I don't remember the names of the others) say that they are going to call directly after checking the information.
Fun fact, Pontus said that he is going to call me right back after checking, whilst I did not even give him my name, my telephone number or my order number! This is ridiculous.
I got contacted one week later that they did not have information about my weight and height, and that is why they did not send anything.
