The train are very old, very dirty, specially the floor mats totally dirty and unhygienic, and overpriced according to the standard. It smells ver bad inside the train. I would never recommend anyone to journey by SJ. I don't know how SJ train meet EU standard. I think even third world countries train are even better than SJ. SJ train and other Swedish private trains are the number one shame of Sweden and it's kingdom. It shows how weak and corrupt Swedish political structure when it comes to Swedish train system.

1. We have booked travel forward as my husband is extremely uncomfortable traveling backwards but still it is wrong as wagons changed and misnumbered.
2.It is difficult to see out the window as it is so dirty
3. there is a strong smell of old urine in the only toilet that is open despite serving the first trip in the morning. How hard can it be to clean a toilet?
4.We are already 2h late so it was no idea buy fast train ticket at 6 today ...
Next time we will travel differently-this is no vacation 🥵
