For what it is, Sportcamping Åkersjön as it is now called is really good. Two nice pistes, however long and with a decent slope all the way. Old rickety lift but very few visitors so you don't have to be afraid of queues or crowds. The Drivan restaurant is really affordable and probably has northern Sweden's tastiest pizzas.

The place is family run and is nice relaxed and welcoming. All in all, a great place to fish for a few hours.

Fantastic nice environment. A little splendid with the exhibits only, the only thing that is available is the mountain farm, but there they take so hard pay and are quite unpleasant between the yards. I have friends who have been blown thoroughly by the hotel.

Looking for advanced driving, you will be disappointed, this is a family place.
By the way, the area is amazing.

Old Goa Åkersjön ...
A real elevator on the outside of the bondvischan .... hmf.
Have gone here only since I was little knot. Then it was fine.
Now the hill is suddenly too short. Not only a little either ...
You can hardly start swinging before you're down!
Certainly it's fun to go here, perhaps mostly because of sentimental memories ...
haha, do you remember that tree?
- yes ... that was where I did the classic "with a skid on each side of the tribe" hmf.
But it's usually nice with snow. and snowmobiles. and children who learn to go - type downturns.
Plus all the cozy "grilling-sausage" places located in the hill.

My childhood back =) Now I have not been there for 25 years. But from a child's angle, the slopes were locked and good, He man with a lot of bus there. Much as I said it was a long time ago. Today I am an adult and hope to go back one day. I suppose that now, as an adult, Åkersjön has become smaller and easier. And my childhood memories are getting a little nasty ....... But fun I had. At first, my mother was standing in the back and thought she would die when she was on the slalom skiing for the first time. Then I came as a little frog walking by a big laugh. To be better than their parents .... was there anything better =)

The ski slope in the lakeside is not reached further. But now it will be sold to a new owner. You may hope that they bet more than they used to do. Tip go to the lakeside / backwaters and drive scooters!

Here you put the kids together while you cook lunch / dinner in the cottage, you pick them up on the snowmobile after 2 hours.

For an experience, take the trip to Bakvattnet / Ansätten on a good weather day.

Åkersjön is more snowmobiling than skiing. The combination of scooter-hiking out in the mountains is not to be underestimated, but the actual hill in Åkersjön is for beginners and snow-loving children.

A ski slope in jämtland with 2 slopes and 1 lift. A good start is nothing for those extreme riders. It has grown up for me to grow up in. On Easter, there is full speed on the hill with masked ride for the kids and ski competition with a price for everyone. Åkersjön is not a ski resort but rather a snowmobile site.

This is no ski resort but a dull lift on a wooded mountain with two boring slopes that lean far too little. The slopes lean a bit and immediately afterwards it is flat and over and over again, there is no coherent ride. Absolutely nothing for advanced skiers and meaners either but is a good beginner area without crowds with lift ticket prices without a price to speak. Next to the slopes is the forest that is without slope as well.
The biggest plus is the amount of snow that belongs to the better in Sweden. Always around the snow snow. My tip is to go to the neighboring Bakvattnet and Ansätten (about 8km) where there is a great ride there if you are looking for a little more advanced ride. Read review of Ansätten as I wrote.

one of my two grow up ski slopes! It consists only of two slopes with a lift in the middle ... but that dude can yes promise! You also have to make their own forest roads and hopes, but they are both good and bad.
