Alandsrydsbacken

Alandsrydsbacken is Värnamo's local ski slope and a popular option for families with children and beginners. The facility has a button lift and three shorter slopes with varying slopes, which provides simple and clear conditions for playful and safe skiing.

Adjacent to the slope there are barbecue areas, kiosk and equipment rental, and the parking lot is right next to the facility. The slope is run on a non-profit basis by Finnveden's Slalom Club, which every season puts in a lot of work to keep the skiing going when weather and snow conditions allow. The ambition is to offer a vibrant local slope with the opportunity for both freeskiing, ski school and simpler elements such as jumps and rails.
