Falköping Alpin – Mössebergsbacken

Falköping Alpin is located right on the outskirts of Falköping. For a Swedish local slope, it is very well developed, with a total of 4 lifts, 5 slopes (one of which is marked in black!) and a park. It is also possible to rent equipment (both as a total package and individual items for those who need to supplement with something) and ski school for those who want help to improve their technique. A really good place for most people, from total beginners to more seasoned carvers. All slopes are also illuminated, so it's no problem to get proper skiing throughout the winter.

There is a café for the obligatory coffee break and a warming hut for those who prefer to eat their own food. For those who do not want to go downhill, there are several different cross-country trails up at the top of Mösseberget. The trails vary from completely flat to very hilly, 2 of them are electrically lit and the total illuminated stretch is 3,1 miles.
