Gstaad reviews

Pretty simple slopes and it feels like focus is on nothing but skiing. The village is wonderfully luxurious, but does not outweigh if you like to ski a lot of skis.

Have been to Gstaad for 6 years now, pch will continue to go there for some time to come. Gstaad may not have the best slopes but it is almost never lift queues and the offpiste slopes are mostly untouched. A small park with little jumps and rails is found in Gstaad, but Gstaad is approximately 15 minutes by local bus from Glacier 3000 which has a wonderful park. The offside in Gstaad is also good. I recommend to go to the mountain La Videmanette (in the village of Rougemont) for the best ride, both offpiste and piste.
As mentioned, Gstaad may not be the best way to go, but Gstaad's beauty is that there are almost never many people, go here if you want to settle down, stay at a nice hotel and visit Switzerland's most beautiful ski resort!
