Gustavsbergsbacken reviews

Good techbacks. A lively slalom club, where several country lovers learned to go skiing. The back could be a bit longer and have a higher fall height - but you can not tear down the buildings below the valley station. Maybe you can extend the hill up, but the ravine may put obstacles in the way. In summary: Nice city back, very centrally located.

- It's a very small hill

The hill is not too steep if you want to go slalom, but for the park it is steep

+ quite cheap in the box
+ sometimes they get to a really beautiful park

gustavsbergsbacken is a small but cheap backing.
Season's card costs about as much as one day's card for years: D
It has just started winter acrobatics in town so they will certainly fix the park much more for coming seasons: D

The park is quite good for oh so little hill .... but I think they'll build it as it was 2 years ago.
The back is quite steep and I'm not a direct beginner back .... (I think).
I think they'll put a little more on all jibbers like e there on weekends o the evenings ... because we do not have so many places to choose ...
but as a whole, in the gustavsbergsbacken a pretty good back.
they are quite cheap on the bill now :)

The back is short and boring but the park is good for being in such a small hill!

As said: Better than nothing but not particularly good. When I was there last time there was ice all over the hill and in the landing of the big jump.
It will be a one, it is not recommended, only in case of emergency.

Plans on development. During the winter of 02, it was measured on the frozen island for a new lift that will go right up to the Frösötornet.
A bid for the old starlift from Åre is laid and planned to go up from the resting place next to Løvstabadet, hence the back (the ladder) will be rebuilt (though far ahead).
A new back to the right of the lift is also included in future plans.

So we will not count on Gustavsbergsbacken in the future, can be really nice.

The back is learned in 10 minutes.
Do not bid on any major overshootings directly, as far as you do not lie in the jumps.

There is not much to hang in the Christmas tree, but on the other hand nobody is forcing one to go there.

You have to build one or more jumps if you can trim a little ...
