Beautiful place. Needs a few more challenging runs however so that everyone can enjoy themselves. In the works i think...

Went one afternoon as we are considering accommodation nearby. I think I had reasonable expectations based on previous reviews.

The first thing you are struck by, where is the mountain?

You sit down in the chairlift which first passes a flat surface the size of 4 football fields. Then you go up a ridge with two slopes and it's time to get off.

From the top of the chairlift you can go down into a pot and from there take a button lift up to a high plateau. From here there is a magical view of Städjan, Nipfjället and Drottningen.

The skiing then. Yes, there are two blue slopes at the far end of Torsliften that are nice. But it does not go far. The slopes around the chairlift are short and end with a long flat.

The rating is no more than 2/5 and then it is still taken with the beautiful views.

It's just transportation. Long and slow lifts. Slopes with endless stacks and misleading difficulty levels. Red slopes are blue...

The ultimate family resort!
Continued investment will take this facility to the next level.

Need more lifts and especially more chairlifts. Too long transportation distances, staka, staka, staka are the words for this facility both in transport and on slopes. They have pulled out the slopes far too far so the anchor lifts and button lifts are crazy long and very long distance goes on type flat ground.
Missing top cabin. Only one restaurant in the area.
Nice area with high mountain feeling and nice views is it anyway.

Nice views. The area is still under development. Unfortunately very flat area. The lifts are placed very far down from the "mountain". A lot of downhill skiing that is not slopes. Staka is a must. Maybe it will be better if they continue to develop the descents to more challenging skiing? Nothing extreme but even families with children probably want to be able to avoid staking through some slopes :)

Beautiful environments and good accommodation. Good for families with children and a facility that continues to develop.

Great facility for families with children with Colorado slopes through the forest. Good restaurant and new, fresh cabins.

Was there recently, living in an upper apartment, with a view of the Norwegian mountains and Reindeer wandering around peacefully in nature. It will be fun to see when everything is ready. Regarding skiing, there are a lot of slopes for different levels and skills. Just wish that they don't remove too many natural trees around the accommodation.

Not child friendly. The slopes are so flat that you have to stake.
Children do not like to stake
