Litsbacken, located three miles north of Östersund, offers a wonderful skiing experience with fantastic views of the Indalsälven river. The small but pleasant ski resort is perfect for both beginners and families, and here you can ski on well-prepared trails regardless of weather conditions, as artificial snow ensures a good skiing experience throughout the season.
The slope is equipped with a T-bar lift that takes you up to the top, where you can enjoy the nice view and the well-maintained slopes. For those who want to take a break between runs, there is a heated cabin where you can warm up, as well as a barbecue area for those who want to enjoy food in the fresh air.
