An idea that only works on the paper according to me. Went them in St. Anton under mixed conditions. Easy the heaviest ski I ever went on (172 cm = 8kg?). Not enough flow in offpiste / sneezing and far too much cutting for anything but perfect groomed piste. requires a very good balance all the time, you can not cruise if you want to, but still do not give a ride if you are struggling. also tested K2 axis xp (174cm) and it was better at ALL and it's also a "go-all-ski" so no this is not the outdated ski that I think.

Were they in Lindvallen during the test weekend o agree that it is a cruel skiing. I got stuck in it, so now it's just okay to shopen and tear up the Amex Platina card and buy another pair of pieces.
The best ski I have been on myyyycket for a long time! Oh, I've been on many skis!

Certainly the best ski I have ever traveled. For a long time, Rossignol XX or B2 has been a cannon. Was totally surprised on a winter day with about 80-100 cm of snow in the southern French Alps when the shopkeeper "persuaded me" to only test them here. Wow, what an experience !!
The skis are literally lifted up on the snow. Feels like you can travel almost everywhere. Enormous control.
The downside is the high price plus the ever-gnawing feeling that I have to have.
In summary, I definitely give the highest score.

Perhaps the ultimate ski!
Great thought that really works (slalom carver & offpiste skiing in one).
Thought it was impossible to go offpist in a couple of 162s, but I dropped my chin all the way down the hill. Since the skis have a very wide and a rigid construction, they float like a cork in water. They are extremely easy-controlled, making them amazing when it's forest-fired.
The piste is very good if it's not blue, it's too cool with 76mm below the foot. If you choose to go to the longest length (172), they will be really stable even at higher rates.
The price (9500) is certainly high, but you can handle 999 of 1000 ski days.
Summary: Cannon Rating: 6/5 Atomic's best so far.
