I have tried both 168 and 175, I am 178 77 kg myself. The 175 skid suited me much better and bet even better in the hard piste.
The only downside is that they require a little leg muscles to push around the ski so go hard at the gym;)
Everything tested in chamonix sunny but some hard backs v9 ..
