Ordered a MTB size XL.
Got an L. Just to send back and switch to the right bike. Free of charge, as it should be. But somehow they had managed to get rid of the right bike. Was offered another. But then I had to pay the shipping to get it sent home !? Got the answer that they could not just Donate me the shipping cost that I already paid once. So it would be double shipping for a mistake they made.
Became no bike.
