For being in the middle of ume, it is perfectly fine. 4 stars mostly for accessibility and coziness. Many barbecue cabins and nice cross-country skiing trails. You usually spend more time in the queue/lift than skiing on the slopes, but for the family with smaller children it is perfect. A cozier cafe/restaurant at the top with a wooden deck/outdoor seating would have been the crowning glory (there are coffee shops in the house by the "entrance")

It's an EPIC hill with nice jumps, a good park and great opportunities to improve yourself. Bräntberget is a small slalom slope in central Umeå that is mostly geared towards freestyle and has a slalom course and a hump course. We think Bräntberget is a good slope if you live near it and you like freestyle, hump runs or competitive slalom. Bräntberget works well for beginners and is worse for families who want to go regularly because the hill is so small. There are good staff and you can sign up for training if you want to become a real professional. All together, it's a good hill for those who want to be good in different categories, a bit small but good enough for those who want to get better but maybe not for those who just want to go down and up and down and up and down normally.

Love the burnt mountain. Is there every morning to jump down to the whole shit. A little overkill maybe, but you're welcome. Oh not to mention the feeling you get of being good. My first goal to go all the way up once without rest is done. The next goal is two turns on the rake.

Bräntberget is a very nice hill. It's not the best back but it suits. Overall, better than going home on the asphalt ...... very, very short but there are some nice jumps and rails there anyway. the lift goes SKITSAKTA !!!!!!!!!!!!!! : /

it takes kind of a quarter to go up: / (feels like iaf.)

I'm a bit biased because I had fun on the mountain mountain. But the hill has become much better lately. A good back for children as well as those who want to ride in the little bigget (7-8 meters) and drive on the various rails. A very small hill but I have never had such fun as there !!

The burnt mountain has become much better now with the new lift.
As usual, they succeed in getting it when they move the big jumper genoma to put the kick so you miss the landing with type 1 to 2m aside but the rest is ok. 3 rails and kinkad 3 jump in the brink The biggest is nice but you do not fly specially far. They also have a nice puckle with 2 jump in.

Come on, you can not be angry and bitter on a mountain (hill)! Captivate icefall inland ice not massaging a 200m higher hill in central Umeå, so that it was possible to get a better ski slope.

Bräntis is ok if you want to be close to practicing jumps and basic slalom swings in the run for juniors.
Even the puck is perfectly ok to keep your leg muscles and coordination in mind if you do not want to drive a car 10 th or so a week to do the same.

Bränti's most important function is for the slum school of the Främjand. It gives the opportunity to travel several times a week for a few weeks to start the plow and later the parallel turns.

A new lift will be built in the summer of 2005 and then you will still get on the raised hill and get 10-15 meters further fall height.

For those who still do not buy this, I just say: Stay in touch when Vallberget starts to expand. There is still no skiing resort to talk about, but there will be a slalom with WC status and a rich fun park, just 20 minutes from Umeå!

The hill and the elevator are sucking !!! But the big jump is pretty nice.

Nä ja ja where last year they were barely built and they are a dirty box lift, .. SHORTLY, SUGAR, .. but it sucks for toddlers ..

yes this back sucks !! I think I ... not very big ... if you go grand slalom then maybe only 4 turns in it ...
