An entire ski resort next just for yourself.
Good speed in the slopes.

Wonderful fjord soap that would win a lot of not having nice staff just by the ski shop. After 7 years, I'm saddened at the attitude that we visit the resort is for you instead do a symbiosis. You may need those knights that tourists contribute when we visit you with humility.

Was in Fjätervålen during New Year's week 14/15 when there were about 3 backs open (the children's backs included), there was not much to brag about, but despite this lack of backing I would like to say it's a gem. No lift queues, nice staff, relaxed atmosphere and skiing like ivf seemed to me with great opportunities for big carving and a little offpiste and pow-pow (not much but ...) just a few meters off the hill. My 5 year old son went on all the slopes and thought we would stay after a week. Good grades!
Can imagine it's much nicer when the whole area is open. So nice to get rid of all the "dirty " sthlmare (excuse me to generalize but you understand what I mean) with the right equipment but with a boring attitude.
We got a good feeling and will definitely be back!

A gem in Dalarna.
Good long well-prepared slopes for all skiers.
You will be spoiled when most of the time there is never a long queue in the lifts
and you can find untouched pads on them when it was snowed the night before.

Mostly little people, enough backs for a family of children.
Simply have what you need for a week a year.
Heated cabin, ski shop, restaurant and a small shop.

Ca. 1.5h from Sälen and the opportunity to drive a ski pass that also works in Idre.
I like.

Really nice carving jaws with sustained fine slope. No lift queue, feels like a genuine and a little forgotten little gem.
