Ski resorts in Austria
On the 1911-metre-high panoramic mountain in the heart of Carinthia, you'll find the Gerlitzen Alpe, a ski resort that offers 18 lifts and 34 slopes to suit all levels, from beginners to advanced skiers. There are also FIS-certified slopes for competitions. With the help of advanced and durable snowmaking technology, Gerlitzen can guarantee good piste conditions from December to April.
For those who like freeriding, there are three ski routes for both skiers and snowboarders. The longest ski route stretches over 5.6 miles and has an elevation difference of 4616.1 feet. In addition to the well-groomed slopes, there are also stunning views of the region and a variety of other activities, making Gerlitzen a popular choice for families and experienced skiers alike.

This area is also known for its scenic setting, with impressive views of both the Carinthian lakes and the surrounding Alps.
