I would not go back here, especially not put my kids in their ski school after our experience with their ski school and guest services.
We put our kids in ski school, level 2 for a whole day. At the end of the day when we went to pick them up they didnt show up for over 45 minutes. It turns out that they had gone all the way up the mountain with a group of 9 kids and 1 instructor after the instructors decided to put them in level 3 without discussing with us (our kids dont ski often so not ready for level 3). During their ride down our two kids, aged 9 from a different country, got lost and separated from the instructor, ending up on a run that was closed after being told by the instructor to ski down and he'd catch up with them. Our kids showed up at the bottom at different times, crying and scared. We communicated our concern after waiting for them essentially to be told there's nothing to be upset about as nothing happened.
We also wrote the next day (Dec 30th) to guest services to inquire as to the routines around ski school, number of kids per group, changing levels without consulting parents, etc - and received no response until mid Jan saying: thanks we got your email, will look into it. As of now we still havent received a further response.
This leaves us with the opinion that it is 1) not a safe and serious ski school where kids are well looked after; and 2) not good customer service. Combined with the fact that the skiing was 'fine' we wouldnt go again. Much worth the additional money to go to Panorama or Kicking Horse.

If you are looking for a family friendly resort, few ques and a taste of what canada has to offer for skiing, hiking and biking then look no further than Kimberley Alpine Resort (KAR). They offer a full choice of activities that will have your family experincing something they will will want to return to year after year.
Superb resort for families. This year they got a lot of snow and we got a lot of pillows days. Children loved skiing school who had no more than 4 other children in group lessons.
Lift system is just ok but did not have to wait a long time.
