+ very nice skiing up on Punta Indren (completely off-piste. Requirements for avalanche equipment to go up with the cabin to the top).
+ cruel skiing among the larch trees in the magical Jolanda forest (requires a huge dump)
+ there is also forest skiing in Champoluc

- rather strange slopes: narrow, winding down the mountains. (no great big alpine as in Switzerland / Austria)
- lack of park (hey it is in 2020 !!)
- no place for families with children

my tip:
live in Gressoney Trinite: then you easily get to Indren and can go in the Jolanda forest if it snows.
Champoluc is nice too but it will be quite a long way to get all the way up to Indren

Slightly worse food than other resorts in Italy and longer lift queues.

Have been here twice, short lift queues, great food, great skiing both piste and offpiste.

Magically.
Hardly any lift queues and wonderful food.
