See is a smaller system with good slopes. As it is smaller, the accommodation is affordable compared to the larger nearby systems and we could stay ski-in ski-out which is worth gold as a family. We came by car and then Ischgl is 15min away and St Anton 25min. See/Kappl is included in the same base card but can also be added to include Ischgl. We were here for 2 weeks, See gets 5/5 as base. But somewhat small to spend a full week without visiting nearby systems.

Huh, no previous reviews of this gem?? (I know several profiles here on Freeride who love the place; maybe they want to keep it "secret"?)

See is located at the bottom of the Ischgl valley. On the shady side = good snow.

The terrain is steep and easily accessible. Optimal if you like powder and Freeride.

We didn't go on the slopes anyway. But they are probably just as nice.

The lift card is connected to Kappl (sunny side) so you can choose the side according to weather and conditions.

Easy to get here by train to Innsbruck-Landeck- 15 min by bus. (There are free buses throughout the valley up to Kappl, Ischgl and Galtur)

The highest skiing in See is at 2570m. (Freeride needs to change the info 😋)
