Storstenshöjden is a relatively small ski system, it has been quite B ..
BUT it has got a new owner of the last season, which has many nice ideas ..

Till the 2006-2007 season there are thoughts on building a park which would raise the ski system's level for both jib and snowboarders.

The system in this mode is not a high-pitched system but if you have the roads past, I really think you should check in. I say as KARL MARTENSSON: "Very good facility for lying so far south out"

Quite okay if you live nearby. The fall height and the length of the slopes may not be the best, but there are varied slopes. Really beautiful crown in the southern hemisphere. There are also good trails in the woods, though it must have been snowing really.

The park they have chosen to have in one northern hill this year. So far, there are a couple of half-hopes, a little bit of a small bow, a narrow box and a rail. Suffice if you want to play a little. Lacking big jumps and more rails, though, it seems that more exciting things appear before the season is over.

Compared to last year, I think it's significantly better, new owners now. As soon as the cold and the snow came, they started the cannons, and no more than a week later they could open the north, and not long after it opened south too!

Summary: Suffice to go on a daily basis from time to time if you live nearby. Variation on the slopes, which is quite short. If you want jibba there is not much, but you can still enjoy 30 minutes.

Have just been here once and that was the first time I went. The northern slopes are quite ok except that you get out of the parking lot straight into the slope so it becomes gravel, which in turn damages the equipment (VERY impractical if you have rented when you have to pay 600 in default if you have the insurance, but then they will even more). Okay if you've never gone before! =)

Hm, unfortunately, have to say that my opinion about the height and the "service" has dropped drastically. When the snow finally began to fall in Narrow before Christmas, there were many, including myself, who hoped and wished the Storstenshøjden would open for some skiing. The jungle drum began to go to Örebro and it was eagerly whispered that: "The height turns up the gates on Saturday as a small smith premiere."
A little lively and enthusiastic I bumped home to check out equipment and the like. But because the height is a few miles away from town, I took it safe for the insecure and called out. You do not want to knock all the stuff and then go for a few miles in a cold car unnecessarily.
   My question to the friendly lady on the phone was simple and straight ..: - I've heard blah .. are you going to open this beautiful morning?
   -Hm ... v what I have heard we will open in two weeks ..
   Well, I thought. Two weeks. It's an eternity for a crazy skier, but what do you do?
The next day I read with great surprise in the magazine: "Smygpremiär i Storstenshöjden" .. with pictures of a lot of people, a pisted back and happy skier !!
   Guess if I got mad!
In addition, I have now been told that lift ticket prices have risen slightly more than last season. Shameless !! In itself, the facility must have some plus at checkout, but come on ..
With those lift queues, the short slope and to the top of everything being tricked by phone, I think I will not cough up nearly 200 pixels. In addition, prices are further increased during the weekends.

Greatest altitude is the worst place I've been skiing in. Odd strange backs and people who can not handle the lifts. Mills of small gravel in the middle of the hill that should be picked away directly. It seems that the staff goes down the ass to slash the slopes. No off -pist and no jump / half pipes.

Yes, that's where you learned how to get to know. not the best of the world, but you are well-educated. a little bit some pieces but otherwise quite OK
