Badger Mountain Ski Hill is a classic, non-profit ski slope with roots dating back to 1938. The facility is run and maintained by the Waterville Lions Club and staffed entirely by volunteers, giving the business a distinct local and community-like character.
Skiing is concentrated on three lift lines: Bunny Hill and B Hill with rope lift and A Hill with anchor lift. The setup is simple and functional, with a focus on basic downhill skiing and training rather than large systems or advanced infrastructure.
The season is weather-dependent and usually runs from January to March. Badger Mountain Ski Hill is not built for long-distance ski trips, but fulfills an important role as a local ski slope where accessibility, volunteer commitment and easy skiing are at the center.
