Been there on sports vacation 3 years in a row! Extremely well prepared with slopes that hold despite plus degrees. Fantastic skiing! Long queues to get up in the system but then very little time in queues!

Canazei is a paradise for skiers.
There are slopes for everyone.

Greetings Alf

ok but a lot of queues and there will be a lot of transport distances to get around the system (which is otherwise gigantic). Next time we choose another place in the system because in the Canazei part itself it was quite boring riding. Dolomit Superski, which Canazei is part of, is huge and you can find really good areas in the system where there are both smaller queues and better riding. The disadvantage of living in Canazei is that you then have to travel quite long distances to find the gems and not really have time to explore the best places.

Has all the possible skiing. Now we have been here 5 times. At least 2 weeks each time. We have our favorites, but always find new ones. Outside the piste, there are all levels of difficulty. In the piste, so. Quite ok food prices for accommodation. We usually stay at Hotel Centrale.40 euros with breakfast

Me and my brother went to Canazei on October 10, 2018, with the huge lift system, we got the chance to go on new adventures every day. There is so much to discover and see and after 6 days on the slopes we still hadn't managed to go on all slopes. We found the best lunch at La Brancia. In the afternoons, the slopes closest to Canazei were very busy, so it takes a little technology for boarders to get down unharmed, a lot of people and untrained riders were good enough, so be a bit careful not to encounter unnecessary accidents.

Gryma ski days! You go egglift from the village and come directly to Sella ronda. It takes about a day to go round the ship, which makes the resort and Dolomiti Superski the best ride without having to go the same piste twice. Very nice town for those who want to have a beer extra where after all skiing is at the center. Would definitely go back, Marmolada is a hot tip to visit

Large system with wide slopes. Great lifting capacity, never long queues despite sports leave

Incredibly large area with sella ronda. Absolutely great and you never get tired of it. Nearby there is also the magic village alba with nice north sides and the chance to cushions. Negatives with Canazei and the entire dolomites are that it has been snowy in recent years. The snowman system, however, is wonderfully well-developed, which means that the slopes are in good condition. Cozy atmosphere and nice city!

Were in Canazei 1 week 2-9 January 2016. There was, in principle, no landnote. I am a doc very impressed by their artificial snow. Almost all of the slopes were open and the premiere was far beyond expectation. Hard fine manchester every morning that reached the 13-yard when it started to grow up. Can only imagine how good the area is with lots of natural snow! Seemed to be very easily accessible off-piste. The ride and the slopes were very varied, the sella ronda is easy-going but a lot of fun excursion!

The village is quite small but has all the necessities, including a pretty nice bathhouse! Maybe a few restaurants but the ones there are good (with some exceptions). I do not go into the food and atmosphere, we are talking about Italy alone!
