Amazing trails and slopes all carefully groomed
After about 20 years, there are only funäs mountains for us.

Do you want to be guaranteed snow early in the season? Do you want to experience layed back a mood without feeling like time has stood still since 1972? Do you like to peak on tops that you do not have to go miles long trips to find yard with a slight fall height at (with Scandinavian dimensions measured)? Is true mountain feeling something that tickles a little extra? If the answer is yes to any of these questions, the funas mountains are definitely something for you.
 Me and my daddy daddy have been there over the New Year in the last 10 years just because you are, in principle, 100% guaranteed sneezing then, which under the prevailing conditions is usually not a matter of course in other places. However, the cushion has grown a bit over the years as the funasfjällen grew and especially in Ramundberget. But the nice thing about Funäs mountains is that they have the same as Vemdalen has other places to choose from, the best of which I think is Tänndalen. In Tänndalen the slope is not quite as good as the one in Osthang in Ramundberget, so Tänndalen has got a bit of a glimpse when it comes to the pudding break. So if there's a dump and it's 2 days later it's rained in Ramundberget, you're guaranteed untouched in Tänndalen. If you are not like me and are completely obsessed with the white gold but just want to enjoy driving a few turns in long rolling red slopes without having to spend more than half time in queues, Tänndalen is the place to go. I was there last week 9 last year and was struck by the fact that one did not have to stand 'single lift queue' throughout the week, so I thought I was only in the imagination or south of Munich.
 Funäsdalsberget is there as a nice variety, which may be needed after a week on mountains where virtually all the slopes are in the same weather. There you leave the birch forest for pine forest and the feeling in the area is easy to resemble with a longer version of the cheese slopes in Idre or Högegga in Trysil. However, the snowfall there at the beginning of the season is not as reliable as in the other resorts, but pushing a piss in the worst case is not wrong either.

+ The views
+ Possibility to vary area
++ Snow Safety
+ The genuine and small-scale feeling
+ Most slopes on a lift pass in the Nordic region

"If you do not live in Funäsdalen, the availability of sharply food stores, system companies etc is terrible.

Funäsdalen with Tänndalen, Ramundberget and the new expanded Funäsdalsberget offer factually varied rides that suit all ages and levels. Ramundberget has fantastic snow conditions with only natural snow in lots! Funäsdalen opened for the season on October 17! Tänndalen has a fantastic children's area in Tännporten-Buskvallen!

destination funäsdalen, from the start, it is probably one of the best ski resorts I have been in for all my years as a skier. The snow is amazing and the views can not be compared to any other ski resort in Sweden. I have not done much in funas yet, but it looks more than promising now that I've moved up and experienced the better part of the winter. The winter has not really come yet but it still looks very good, a big plus to destination funäsdalen !!

Wonderfully!!! Lots of plus, the whole family thrives here o backs are available for all ages and capacity. Very well-ventilated and natural. Those who just want black backs might get a bit disappointed ... Åre overly advertised just too many people and no snow, it's great if you give priority to hanging in the bar. Dalarna also overpopulated.

I think these slopes are the best because there are well-prepared slopes and lovely offpiste. Must give them a grand plus for their event and for Hammra's "snowboard country"
