Gopshusbacken

Gopshusbacken is located just 12.4 miles from Mora, next to the classic Vasaloppet track. The resort offers four slopes with 590.6 feet of vertical drop and two lifts, where the anchor lift takes you all the way to the top. There are both red, blue and green options, which makes it easy to choose the level according to the day's fitness. The longest piste measures 1,1148.3 feet and two slopes are illuminated for night skiing. For those looking for variety, there is a ski cross course, snowboard track and a sledding hill for the little ones.

Families with children appreciate the children's area with a button lift, while skiers eager to exercise meet the club's athletes on well-prepared tracks.

At the foot of the hill there is a heated cabin, serving, barbecue area and outdoor areas for breaks between runs. Accommodation is easiest arranged in Mora, where restaurants, shops and cultural experiences also await.
