Hintertux is one of the best ice cream I've been to. You get the feeling that it's more than a glassier, actually feels really good. A little bit of sticks and racing goats but, on the whole, very good snow

Hintertux is one of the most beautiful places on earth. Cozy valley and glacier skiing are exciting. And the lifts are interesting. Glacier bus runs on two lines and takes us first to Station 1 (a line) There are quiet backs but also nice offpiste. Then go 2an high above a valley (dare not think what would happen if the line burst =)) and get to station 2. There is a large restaurant, Tuxer-Ferner Haus, where you can eat very well during lunch. Then you can get to the top with 3an. From there it is very nice view. You can actually switch to Italy. The park is right above, so it's only to go down to the slopes Olperer I and II. The park is cozy in a mountain shadow and is not usually in the best condition during the winter. It is offered on a yearly ride, in summer you have a camp with many professionals and parties.

Have been to Gaschurn three times now and it's a wonderful place. Beautiful village with typical alp culture and the beer tastes as exotic as it will do. The Irish Pub and Restaurant Saladina are the places we visit most. Lovely Food and Guiness!

Snowboarding is offered on a good offpiste but a lot of people when the Germans have their "sports permit". When they do not, it's a perfect place. The lift pass applies throughout the valley, ie Schruns. One tip is to visit all lifts to try. Schrunsbergen has a better offpiste than Gaschurn-St Gallenkirch. If you want peace in forest, Garfrescha is highly recommended!

You can also go to the woods in Garfrescha, in the evenings, but also during the day.

Is just home from a week (070203-070210) in the Zillertal and has been mainly in the Hintertux and Mayrhofen systems. Despite the promised snow depths it was very snowy, but two nightly snowfall rescued the show and offered a really nice and easily accessible free-ride.

One tip is to live in Vorderslanersbach, all (free) buses change here, there is also the direct cab to Mayrhofen. You save a lot of time but miss the nightlife. Are you a vegetarian, you have a problem.

Overall, you do the best in German and avoid the bottlenecks of the system. The lower parts of the systems are generally not as interesting o additionally already occupied by hordes of Germans. But skibum o seasonals do not see until the pistols are 50-year-old Austrians.

The Hintertux ski resort is so wonderful that there is not. Have been there 4 times and each year it has been a wonderful experience. Even though it has been a snowstorm, rain or shining sun, skiing has been incredible. And what beautiful tan you get on the purchase.

According to me, there is no better place on earth to embark on the autumn promise. Everything is perfect.

And of course, it is a must to stay at Hotel Eden (www.eden.at) which is five minutes from the valley cabin.

You live at the Mayrhofen match and swim in the pool in the afternoon. In the morning you take the car and drive the incredibly cozy winding road up to the cabin. As I said, I have just been there during the sunniest period of the summer and the snow was absolutely perfect, the weather was absolutely superb and you could easily slip around in the t-shirt on the slopes.

Really cool funpark actually where you can watch and watch the sick people who make the sick trick :) Red Bull hung there all week when I was there and they sponsored a good music system across the hill.

I also have nothing negative to add. To go skiing in summer is the cannon!

As the area is high, new snow will be quickly winded, so you should be quick if you want a good ride outside the piste.

Have just traveled in Sweden before so I do not have the biggest experience of what was good and bad with Hintertux. Though I'll never forget were those good pizzas and when it was 34 degrees down the valley and 1 degree at the top. Then we were there in the middle of summer and there was still snow to go in. In addition, a perfect place if you want to let Swedes just want to soak up and live badly.

Well there's the sport promise -04 and that was so awesome! A lot of snow, nice slopes and nice offpiste. The glacier is quite cruel with some beautiful slopes. There you will find the most beautiful offpiste. But if you want to go skiing you should go up with Eggalmbahn or Rastkogelbahn.
   The villages are cozy with sports shops that have everything. The lift system is probably the best I've been to. The gletscher buses take 24 people and then there are 8-chairs and 6-chairs. This makes the lift queues short. A SOLVING FEMMA!

I would like to recommend anyone who has a skiing or snowboarding interest to go to Hintertux. I've just "been there" once the year during Easter and then it was really wonderful. Sun every day (during that week) and not a cloud in the sky. It was warm and nice. I recommend everyone to go on the offpiste. (Lovely !!) I have nothing bad to say about Hintertux without everything was good. Do not you believe me so go and see for yourself.
