tricky place if you're there for a day or two but then it's getting boring. The slopes may be a bit short and narrow, but they are crooked and steep in certain places, which offers a fun, easy-going, first 5-day trip. The chairlift is one of the most creepy things I have traveled, it's screaming, swings, and it's believed that the night will go away when you cross a crazy ravine. the lifts are a bit poorly deployed and it is not rare to have to kick, stick to the elevator.

+ has a good "mountain feeling" given how far south it is.

Trotts my criticism, Hovfjället is worth a day trip.

Go there, build a fat jump, go into the woods (long into the woods) and you'll heat high cliffs ... But if you're not a beginner, it's worth going a few hours to get to a better place.

Hovfjället is nothing I recommend for the more advanced riders. but the place is enough to go there one day.

 The negative is, first of all, the short and narrow slopes, you do not feel that you have enough space, the lifts are also not very good, they are old and sometimes you have to get up to get to the next lift. even the food is incredibly expensive.

What was positive was the nice surroundings and also quite well prepared slopes. and for those who like to go to fun parks, I do not want to say that Hovfjällen's fun park was of the highest class, but after a few days on the rails and their big jumps, they learned to appreciate it.

Very nice facility. Works like said for day trips. I, who are not such an advanced rider, enjoyed the hovfjäll well, for the really long slopes. And quite a quick chairlift. It seemed clear.

It was on Hovfjället I was on a couple of slalom skiing for the first time in my life.
And after that I have returned several times.

It's a totally different place to go for a day, I think. But the better I've been skiing, the faster I think the slopes are far too short.

No good place to go to school leave if you do not like to queue of course.

Canon plant considering what far south it lies. Mostly plenty of natural snow !!

Very cozy camping where caravans stand out in the woods and just squeeze the sides and go out on the slopes. Without wearing a skate !!

Where else can you?

In addition, there has been an offpiste for those who have access to snowmobiles or might like to go for a while.

+ for the Finnish smoke sauna located in the "old town". I can promise something very special.

Small ski resort with a bunch of "standard backs" no one sticking out and is pretty good ... fits perfectly one day or maybe two ...

Feeling doubtful about the resort. Maybe maybe for a while, but otherwise you do not like to hang the grain.

Unfortunately, a lot of beginners and kind of Danes who take up the slopes ...

Hovfjället suffers if you are there for one or two days.

nice daycare facility. It is not enough for the better riders but is quite good for the average.
