zermatt is a great ski resort that fits well for the offpist I'm just saying one thing years I have been to several times and can not compare the difference zermatt is like something special .... I give zermatt 5+

Have been working there as a season manager for STS Alpresor and I can only say one thing. This is the resort with a large O. You can afford this unspoiled offpiste long after snowfall. However, there is never a lack of snow or snowfall as the village is as high as it does. However, Cervinia usually gets more snow, but always lies in the sun, which means that after a day or so it is run with the offpiste, while still there is a calf in Zermatt. There are also not many tourist beds in Zermatt, which in turn means that we have a lifeguard. Here you do not work the lifts for one minute, but instead you can only think about where to go next. Can you assume that it is very expensive you have very nice skiing in Zermatt. You are always welcome to the extremely nice locals. McDonalds is also available in this small town, but a menu costs about 60 sec ...

Zermatt has a large and very well-built system. The fall height is between 3880 (as high) down to the village of 1600. Plus there is a nice crossing to Italian cervinja.
