Really nice town ... may feel less than it really is ... where there were v8 '03 .. had any sun then but unfortunately where were you pumping pills, pity ... in the evenings then? then e d Underground that applies! Superior Igloo and Zoo o the other pubs ... a minus, however, is that the Underground closes at 2 o'clock. BUT, if you go there order at the bar a "Strong Mother **** is", a really good drink, and Stark !!

Hello! I was going to share my experiences with Alpe d'Huez. I was there -00, v2 and we had good weather and a lot of snow. We stayed in a semi-fresh but spacious apartment in Hameau de l'Eclose, a bit from the center. It may be a bit bumpy with action and so, but we had a car so that was no problem. The lift into the system was a short walk from the apartment and the ride was really good. Even though there were a lot of people during the week, it was not particularly broken or broken, so that the pristine surfaces remained untouched for quite some time. So there is, in other words, opportunities for everyone to enjoy a lot of skiing. I think the best ride was from Signal down towards Villard Reculas, the Pic Blanc lift down towards L'Alpette and Montfrais and the sign of the Signal de L'Homme. For those who love skiing, I can really recommend this South French pearl.

Wondering what weight j. Compares to when he says that Alpe d'Huez is a charming little town. I think that just the village is a reason not to go there! Ugly hotel complexes from the time they began to pop up in the French mountains and beyond. The main clientele seems to be French and English families with children and a lot of Danes, the supply is thereafter. In addition to the cream, Tamejfan is all scornful! Not because I'm speculative on pastel-colored skirts with glittery ornaments -model eighty-eight, or used, straight make up for 2000Frf. But you should eat and a warning should be issued here! Do not go to "Fast Food" down in the older part. A microt of Findus pizza with a drink for a hundred. (Royal Cheese Pizza).
No worries about the above-mentioned guest groupings, but you who read this are probably looking for other environments.
The ride seems to be almost unlimited when there is enough snow. Made a top trip on hides on the mountain opposite the main plant and thus the week was saved. The slopes are also very nice, in good snow conditions, but unfortunately I have never seen so many people in the same slopes, at the same time. These seem to tend to either stand still in groups, or wipe away as much snow as possible.
In other words, the mountains are very nice, but you must be prepared to be a fairly misunderstood individual if you belong to the genre of steamboats.

However, I am among the better I have experienced in the French Alps

do not forget all the way down to Vaujany if you have some

As last comment, there is a reason why the odds are
great that you end up here for a few days if you take a week
at Skiers Lodge in La Grave ...

None of the best slopes in the Alps. Has plenty of nice areas for off-piste near the lifts, but they are quickly run-up. I will not go there again, then browse. Val Thorens, Tignes ++ is well

Compared to Val Thorens and Val D'Isere, Alp D'Huez is not very good. If you compare with Sweden, it's Canon. There were really a lot of people, of which incredibly many were "blueberries", so agree with the above-mentioned, do you want to avoid the worst playgrounds, go off the piste. The slopes are OK but not top class. The snow is good, but because it is far south, it gets hot when it's sunny, causing heavy snow. I was there at 9 o'clock, then it was only in northern slopes that the snow snow was quite easy in the afternoon.
Nightlife is ok but nothing exceptional.

Went my absolute second * best offpist ride there. The slopes were okay and the French had not found it right then. In fact, the whole Alpine world, if you want to go relatively lonely in the end of January.
* True, nothing compares to chamonix.

Alpe d'Huez has everything you could wish for from a French ski resort, and until a little while ago, you also feel crazy in the offpiste. Dirty nightlife can, if possible, reduce the experience. One advice: fix mountain guide. This is true not only here, in the Alps you simply can not go on the slopes unless you are full of overcrowded hills to slopes. There you get into the Alpe d'Huez disadvantages as a ski resort. Have never seen so many ugly French in screaming 80's clothing with such a terrible shortage, not just technology, but also culture. If you thought the Italians are in a hurry in the elevator queue, you should definitely not go here and discover the tracks in the slopes. But if you find the off-piste you can go "bottomless" even a week after snowfall.
