Great value skiing.

Nothing wrong with the slopes but otherwise understaffed with stressed young people. There is nothing to do for the kids, only one activity during the week that you paid for (disco) and it was half an hour late. No after ski at all, you get driven out of the bar 15:30.

Simply the best!

As a family man from the south who hasn't skied much and often, I miss the feeling that you can always get down. I miss a really nice green long loop - Bydalen does not have a single green slope except short children's slopes. The blue and red slopes are really good but if you are a little green like me, a lot of the red ones are steep as if black. But as a ski resort, bydalen is absolutely fantastic, incredibly beautiful, good slopes, nice treatment, etc... had there also been those green safe slopes for old men, toddlers and aunts, it would have been Sweden's best ski resort.

No queues, calm and genuine. Would have liked a little more of the inn in Bydalen in the way of food in the evenings in the form of snacks.

I think this is a great place, and you have to set expectations at the right level. I reacted when I saw the review before where someone thought it was too flat slopes. It depends entirely on what you compare it to, do you expect Åre-level or Alp-level, well then it's clear you think it's flat slopes. But the topography is what it is and I think it is a nice and large area with varied skiing and nice off-piste that is easily accessible. Wide, long slopes that have good slope for long carving turns. No lift queues and generally nice. I think it is in the same class as Ramundberget, Tänndalen and Hemavan.

Flat and predictable. The only thing that saves the resort to a second place is the fact that it is often sparse on the slopes and the lifts.

Nice pistes, no queues, nice cross-country trails and a good lunch in Fjällhalsen.

Best ski resort in the country apart from Riksgränsen. The pistes in the high zone are incomparably good! The atmosphere is convivial and genuine. Great place

Excellent skiing had not skied for 20 years so this was fantastic nice slopes few people.
