Ekebyhovsbacken

Ski resorts in Sweden
Ekebyhovsbacken is a ski resort located on Ekerö, just outside Stockholm. With two lifts and four illuminated slopes of varying difficulty, the resort offers a versatile skiing experience. The ski slope began in the early 1980s, and its name derives from the nearby Ekebyhov Castle.
The longest run stretches over 2132,5 feet with an impressive altitude difference of 275,6 feet. For the younger and beginners, there is a dedicated area that is specially adapted, complete with its own lift and playful courses that include bumps and tunnels. On the slopes it is possible to rent ski equipment, although unfortunately it is not possible to rent snowboard equipment.
